Vacant Land - Lease and/or Development

Request for proposals (RFP No's.10/06,10/07,10/08,10/09)

Newcastle Port Corporation invites Request for Proposals from interested organisations for the lease and/or development of a number of undeveloped land parcels located at Kooragang Island, Carrington and Newcastle.  

Kooragang Island is an area of established industrial premises with many being port related. Carrington Precinct is close to port operations. Preference will be given to proposals that incorporate port related development.

Proponents interested in submitting a proposal can do so via the e-tendering portal www.tenderlink.com/newportcorp by 4pm (AEST) on 30 September.
