HeritageNPC maintains a portfolio of heritage assets of local and state significance. The NPC Section 170 Heritage and Conservation Register, January 2005, prepared in accordance with the Heritage Act 1977, was endorsed by the NSW Heritage Council in July 2005. An associated Heritage Asset Management Plan, November 2005, was endorsed by the Heritage Council in April 2006. In approving these documents, the Heritage Council acknowledged that additional work would be required to incorporate the Dyke Point Conservation Management study once completed and the need to document the moveable heritage item collection. In complying with this request and in undertaking the required Annual Review, a revised Section 170 Heritage and Conservation Register have been compiled.
